Highly recommend the Marathon Novice guide to anyone into running who wants to seriously but sensibly prepare for the marathon distance! The proposed schedule is both fun and motivating to follow, with the overall preparation time of about 18 weeks setting a very reasonable reference.
The guide gives great advice, keeps me motivated to run and you can look back at your progress. Love that there are different guides if I want to up my challenge!
I love that there is an analog planner out there now! I enjoy bullet journaling & tracking habits and am always up for improving my running! So this was perfect for me! Also love the details!

I am someone that really likes nice things. I have used printed out plans before but this is so much better. Really modern design and I liked the tips and fun stories that are in the book. I used the Novice edition and was also satisfied with the trainings plan itself. Made some small adjustments to better fit my schedule but overall solid plan!
